目前,方志同仁对政治类专志篇目的设置意见尚不一致,从已出版的一些县市志来看,政治类专志的篇目,在编这一层次上,设置大体趋于一致,但也存在差异,在章(节)的设置上,差别则比较大。笔者认为,篇目设置不可拘于一格,但必须注意以下几个方面: 一、排列有序,自然得体。 政治类、经济类哪个在前,哪个在后,曾是大家争论的问题之一。有人说,经济是基础,理应经济类排在政治类之前;有人说,政治属上层建筑,政治是经济的集中表现,政治类应排在经济类之前。笔者认为两种说法都有一定的道理,这不是原则问题。
