为控制NOx排放及锅炉的安全运行,在420 t/h锅炉上进行了燃烧调整试验。通过改变磨煤机运行方式、氧量、二次风配风方式、燃尽风开度、锅炉负荷等因素,研究不同工况下NOx排放浓度变化规律,并最终确定了燃用低灰熔点煤质时锅炉安全经济运行工况。试验表明,对于燃用低灰熔点煤质的锅炉,在保证锅炉安全性和保持锅炉效率的前提下,通过燃烧调整可降低NOx排放浓度15%。
In order to control the NOx emission and the safe operation of the boiler, a combustion adjustment test was carried out on a 420 t / h boiler. By changing the operating mode of coal mill, the amount of oxygen, the method of air distribution with secondary air, the opening of combustion air and the load of boiler, the variation rules of NOx emission under different working conditions were studied.
