我国的资源能源价格改革,为扭转价格偏低、内部比价不合理带来的经济瓶颈、浪费严重、高耗能行业畸形发展,环境破坏代价过大的局面发挥了重要作用,极大地促进了我国基础产业和经济社会的全面较快发展;促进了社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善;并初步建立了与市场经济体制相适应的价格管理体制。但毋庸讳言,当前的改革已涉入利益关系复杂交织的深水区,深化改革所触及的矛盾越深,遭遇的阻力越大,改革已进入一个战略攻坚的历史时期。
China’s energy and resource price reform has played an important role in reversing the economic bottlenecks brought by the low prices and unreasonable internal parity, the serious waste, the deformity of the high energy-consuming industries and the excessive cost of environment destruction, which has greatly promoted the development of our country Basic industries and economic and social development in an all-round way; promoted the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system; and initially established a price management system that is compatible with the market economic system. However, it goes without saying that the current reforms have been involved in deep-water areas where the interests are intertwined and complicated. The deeper the contradictions involved in deepening the reform, the greater the resistance they encounter. The reform has entered a historic period of strategic storming.
