前列腺素E_2和F_2α(PGE_2和PGF_2α)在人的分娩过程中起主导作用,可促进宫颈扩张和增加子宫肌收缩力。蜕膜是分娩时PG的主要来源,其PG合成受细胞因子、生长因子及一些抑制性因素的调节。血浆、血清和羊水中都存在环氧化酶1(COX-1)的抑制剂,可以抑制PG的合成,初步鉴定这类抑制剂是一种分子量约为60kD的酸性蛋白质。许多报道认为蜕膜中的这类抑制剂可能来源于母血的白蛋白。
Prostaglandin E_2 and F_2α (PGE_2 and PGF_2α) play a leading role in human delivery and can promote cervical dilation and increase uterine muscle contractility. Decidua is the main source of PG during childbirth, and its PG synthesis is regulated by cytokines, growth factors and some inhibitory factors. In plasma, serum and amniotic fluid, cyclooxygenase 1 (COX-1) inhibitor exists and inhibits the synthesis of PG. The preliminary identification of this inhibitor is an acidic protein with a molecular weight of about 60 kD. Many reports suggest that such inhibitors in decidua may originate from maternal albumin.
