TO-92封装三极管的 h_(FE)测量十分方便。用万用表的 h(FE)挡,将三引脚插入相应的插孔中即可测出。贴片式三极管由于没有长引脚,无法直接用万用表来测量。虽然可焊上三条接线作引脚来测量,但极为不便,并且容易使引脚变形或损坏;在待测的三极管数量较多时,此法不可取。笔者因工作需要.设计、制作了一个简单的贴片式三极管h_(FE)测量装置,使用十分方便。它能测SOT-23及 SOT-89两种封装的 h_(FEo)所用材料不多、制作不复杂。贴片式三极管的封装及管脚排列SOT-23及 SOT-89的外形、外廓、尺寸及管脚排列如图1所示。不管是PNP 还是 NPN 型,其管脚排列都是相同的。这里采用最大外廓尺寸是供做护板用的,使各种有允差的三极管都能装入进行测量。图1及后续图中的尺寸单位都是毫米(mm)。
H_ (FE) measurement of TO-92 packaged triode is very convenient. With multimeter h (FE) block, the three pins into the appropriate jack can be measured. Chip Transistor because there is no long pin, can not be directly measured with a multimeter. Although three wires can be soldered on the lead for measurement, it is extremely inconvenient and can easily deform or damage the lead. This method is not advisable when the number of transistors under test is large. Because of the need of the author, the author designs and manufactures a simple SMD triode h_ (FE) measuring device which is very easy to use. It can measure SOT-23 and SOT-89 h_ (FEo) two kinds of materials used in small, production is not complicated. SMD transistor package and pinout SOT-23 and SOT-89 outline, outline, size and pin arrangement shown in Figure 1. Whether PNP or NPN type, the pin arrangement is the same. The maximum outline size here is for the guard plate, so that all kinds of tolerance transistor can be loaded into the measurement. The dimensions in Figure 1 and subsequent figures are in millimeters (mm).
