区域地理是地理教学的重要组成部分,是中学地理知识的基石高中地理主要内容是学习和研究自然地理与人文地理,目的是要就某个区域的一些地理现象作出解释或对区域的发展提出合理建议,这些知识的落脚点是区域地理。对于区域地理,学生学习的关键是熟悉各区域的区域特征,将自然地理和人文地理有机结合起来,使地理知识成为一个整体。因此,学好区域地理就成为地理教学的关键一环。学习区域地理的一般思路与方法:分析区域地理环境要素;对区域特征进行对比;将区域地理与系统地理有机结合探索区域环境与发展方向。从总体上认识和分析某地区的区域特征。
