基于虚拟参考咨询项目工作流程内容的分析,并结合国内外虚拟参考咨询服务规范发展的现状,探讨了虚拟参考咨询行为内容规范化及需要注意的若干问题,以期推动虚拟参考咨询服务可持续发展。
Based on the analysis of the work flow of the virtual reference project and the status quo of the development of the domestic and international virtual reference services, several problems about the standardization of virtual reference and the need to pay attention are discussed in order to promote the sustainable development of the virtual reference service.
