Migrant workers are the new force in urban construction and are also the backbone of rural economic and social development. The article emphasizes the necessity and measures for public libraries to provide services to migrant workers in order to give full play to all the functions of the library and satisfy the basic spiritual and cultural needs of migrant workers.
