目的探讨分析乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性比较46例老年性阴道炎患者采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊(乳酸菌胶囊组)和45例采用甲硝唑局部用药(甲硝唑组)的临床疗效。结果乳酸菌胶囊组总有效率93.47%,略高于甲硝唑组的91.11%,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组停药后3个月复查,乳酸菌胶囊组复发率为0,甲硝唑组复发率为20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊作为活性乳酸菌制剂,可改善阴道pH值,维护阴道微生态恢复正常,治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切,长期应用优于甲硝唑。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lactic acid bacteria vagina capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods The clinical efficacy of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule (Lactobacillus capsule group) and metronidazole topical application (metronidazole group) in 46 elderly patients with vaginitis were retrospectively compared. Results The total effective rate of lactic acid bacteria capsule group was 93.47%, slightly higher than that of metronidazole group (91.11%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) The rate was 0, the recurrence rate of metronidazole group was 20.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Lactobacillus vaginal capsule as an active lactic acid bacteria preparation can improve vaginal pH, maintain normal vaginal microflora, and cure senile vaginitis. It is superior to metronidazole in long-term application.
