巴克好森效应对铁磁材料的显微组织结构是比较敏感的。本文研究了具有铁素体和马氏体的双相钢在磁化过程产生的磁巴克好森信号(BN)和声巴克好森信号(MAE)的特征,探讨了双相钢的两相结构和分布对信号的影响,为研究材料显微组织和性能提供了无损检测的新方法。
Buck good Morison effect on the microstructure of ferromagnetic materials is more sensitive. In this paper, the characteristics of magneto-acoustic Barker (BN) and acoustic Barkerhausen (MAE) in dual-phase steels with ferrite and martensite are investigated. The two-phase structure and The influence of distribution on the signal provides a new method for nondestructive testing of the microstructure and properties of materials.
