为考察细支卷烟燃吸期间逐口吸阻波动的一些影响因素,搭建了稳定可靠的逐口吸阻检测装置,研究了接装纸透气度及烟丝结构对细支卷烟在ISO标准模式下的燃吸过程中逐口吸阻波动的影响.结果表明:①打孔接装纸能够减小细支卷烟燃吸过程中逐口吸阻的波动,并且接装纸透气度越高,逐口吸阻的波动越小.②短丝比例高时逐口吸阻波动小,中长丝比例高时逐口吸阻波动大,波动的大小与长宽比大于6且宽度大于全部宽度数据平均值的较大狭长丝含量显著相关.长宽比大于6且宽度大于全部宽度数据平均值的较大狭长丝一方面会造成烟丝尺寸不均匀,另一方面会使烟丝填充均匀性变差.“,”In order to investigate the factors influencing the fluctuation of draw resistance of slim cigarettes during smoking, a puff-by-puff draw resistance measuring system was developed, and the effects of tipping paper permeability and cut tobacco structure on the fluctuation of puff-by-puff draw resistance of slim cigarettes under ISO smoking regime were studied. The results showed that: 1) Perforated tipping paper reduced the fluctuation of puff-by-puff draw resistance during smoking; the higher the tipping paper permeability was, and the smaller the fluctuation of puff-by-puff draw resistance would be. 2) The fluctuation of puff-by-puff draw resistance was smaller when the short strand proportion was higher; the fluctuation range significantly correlated to the proportion of long strands with length/width ratio > 6 and width > average width, and those larger and longer strands reduced the size uniformity and filling power of cut tobacco.
