智能变电站自动化系统中,测控装置测试平台作为信息数据采集、设备操作控制的设备,为实现系统的稳定安全运行工作打下了坚实基础。新型的智能变电站拥有多功能监控装置,集成间隔测控、非关口计量和同步相量测量等众多新兴功能,不仅实现了系统高度集成、结构布局合理的目标,更趋向经济节能环保、支撑调控一体化。从智能变电站测控装置的特点出发,深入剖析智能测控装置与传统测控装置的异同,通过构建测控装置测试仿真平台,模拟测试,对其关键技术问题进行分析与总结。
Intelligent substation automation system, test and control device test platform as information and data acquisition, equipment operation control equipment, in order to achieve stable and safe operation of the system laid a solid foundation. The new intelligent substation has many new functions such as multi-function monitoring device, integrated interval measurement and control, non-cross-point measurement and synchronous phasor measurement. This not only achieves the goal of highly integrated system and reasonable structure and layout, but also tends to integrate economy, energy conservation, environmental protection and support regulation . Based on the characteristics of intelligent substation monitoring and control device, this paper deeply analyzes the similarities and differences between intelligent measuring and controlling device and traditional measuring and controlling device, and constructs the test and simulation platform of the measuring and control device and the simulation test to analyze and summarize the key technical issues.
