随着电力企业体制变革的持续深入,电力行业获得了较快的发展。对我国现有的电力企业来说,应该把人文建设与宣传作为电力企业的主要关注点。现阶段,广大青年职工成为了电力企业管理和经营的主力军,同时也是电力企业和谐发展的关键。由此可见,青年职工的凝聚力在一定程度上真实的反映出整个电力企业的发展前景与生产质量。而对于电力企业而言,怎么样才能更好的调动广大团青人员的积极性、凝聚力,才是目前电力企业需要认真探讨的问题。本文主要从电力企业团青在工作中可能或已经出现的问题出发,探讨电力企业如何通过团青工作来增加企业凝聚力的方法。
With the continuous deepening of power system reform, the power industry has achieved rapid development. As for the existing power enterprises in our country, humanities construction and publicity should be regarded as the main focus of power enterprises. At this stage, the majority of young workers have become the main force in the management and operation of power enterprises, and are also the key to the harmonious development of power enterprises. Thus, the cohesion of young workers to a certain extent, truly reflects the development prospects of the power industry and the quality of production. As for the power companies, how to better mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of Youth League cohesion, is the power companies need to seriously discuss the issue. This paper mainly discusses the ways that power companies can increase the cohesion of their enterprises through the CYL work from the problems that may or have emerged during the work of CYL.
