《中国中医药报》2015年4月27日讯:国家卫生计生委、国家中医药管理局日前发布通知,规范中医类别医师从事精神障碍疾病诊断与治疗的执业管理。通知规定,中医类别执业医师符合以下情形之一者,属于精神科执业医师,可从事精神障碍疾病的诊断与治疗:2013年5月1日前,在精神专科医院、设精神科病房的综合医院精神科或设独立精神病院区的中医医院(含中西医结合医院和民族医医院)从事精神障碍疾病诊断与治疗满两年;在中医医院的精神类临床科室从业
China Traditional Chinese Medicine News, April 27, 2015: The National Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued a circular a few days ago to standardize the practice management of Chinese medicine practitioners engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders. According to the circular, a Chinese medicine practitioner who meets one of the following conditions is a psychiatrist licensed practitioner who can be engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders. Prior to May 1, 2013, in a mental hospital, a general hospital with a psychiatric ward Section or set up an independent mental hospital area of Chinese medicine hospital (including Integrative Medicine Hospital and National Medical Hospital) engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders for two years; in the Chinese medicine hospital psychiatric clinical departments
