The project of “Research on Project Practice of Medium Voltage Pre-pressure Regulators for Domestic Households”, undertaken by North China Design and Research Institute of China Municipal Engineering Administration, passed the appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Ministry of Construction on May 12, 2001 in Tianjin. Experts attending the meeting reviewed the relevant documents and materials. After discussion, they all agreed that: the pilot study adopted a different method of installation according to the local conditions and achieved the requirements stipulated in the project mission statement
