介绍了一种七轴四联动高频淬火机床的结构,通过对工作台等部件参数和所需电机负载力矩和惯量的研究,确定与之相匹配的伺服系统,并选用西门子数控系统作为该淬火机床的控制系统,进一步研究设计出了高频电磁场的屏蔽体。经实验验证该屏蔽体能够有效地屏蔽高频电磁场,保证了加工产品的安全性和高效率,为高频淬火机床的设计研究提供了重要的依据。
The structure of a seven-axis four-linkage high-frequency quenching machine is introduced.
