阿米洛利、心得安和潘生丁是广泛用于心血管疾病治疗的药物,其荧光光谱严重重叠,用常规方法难以同时测定。本文将基于立体阵分解的交替三线性分解算法(ATLD)与矩阵分析法相结合,对水溶液中共存的阿米洛利(AMI)、心得安(PRO)和潘生丁(DIP)进行了同时分辨和测定。其测定限达到ng/ml级。研究结果表明,该方法实验条件简单、易于实现,说明三线性分析方法在药物分析中具有广阔的应用前景。
Amiloride, propranolol, and dipyridamole are widely used drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular disease and their fluorescence spectra overlap seriously and are difficult to measure at the same time by conventional methods. In this paper, the three-phase decomposition algorithm (ATLD) and matrix analysis based on the three-dimensional matrix decomposition were used to simultaneously resolve and determine the amiloride (AMI), pro and dipyridamole (DIP) . Its limit of determination to ng / ml level. The experimental results show that the experimental conditions of the method are simple and easy to implement, which shows that the trilinear analysis method has broad application prospects in drug analysis.
