构树 Broussonetia papyrifera(L.)Vent.是常用中药,中国药典1963至1995版均有收载。其干燥成熟果实称楮实子,有补肾、清肝、明目、利尿功能,用于治疗腰膝酸软、虚劳骨蒸、头晕目昏、目生翳膜和水肿胀满。1995年,Fang 等[Phytochemistry,1995,38(2):535]从构树根皮丙酮提取物中分离到一个新化合物,命名为构树黄酮醇 E(broussoflavonol E),结构为8,2′,6′-三(3,3-二甲基烯丙基)-5,7,3′,4′-四羟基黄酮醇,分子式C_(30)H_(34)O_7,黄色棱柱状结晶(丙酮-正己烷),熔点195℃～196℃。1996年,Lin 等[Phytochemistry,1996,41
Broussonetia papyrifera (L.) Vent. is a commonly used Chinese medicine, which is available in Chinese Pharmacopoeia from 1963 to 1995. Its dry and mature fruit is called “Zhizizi”, which has kidney-tonifying, liver-clearing, eyesight and diuretic functions. It is used to treat Yaoxisuanruan, Duixuezi steaming, dizziness, fainting of eyes, ectopic diaphragm and edema. In 1995, Fang et al. [Phytochemistry, 1995, 38(2):535] isolated a new compound from the root extract of A. blancoeum, named broussoflavonol E, with a structure of 8,2′. ,6’-tris(3,3-dimethylallyl)-5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxyflavone alcohol, molecular formula C_(30)H_(34)O_7, yellow prism crystals (acetone n-Hexane), melting point 195°C to 196°C.
