药物在体内主要是通过肾脏、胆道和乳腺等途径排泄。药物经肝转化,以代谢物或原形泌入胆汁,经胆总管排入十二指肠,其中一部分被小肠重吸收,由门静脉回流入肝,然后再经胆汁排入肠腔。如此往复,就形成肝肠循环。药物随胆汁排泄的过程又称胆的廓清,其廓清(率)能力可由下式计算: 胆廓清=(胆法流量×胆法中药物尝试)╱血浆中药物浓度在人体,胆汁的流量常稳定在0.5~0.8 ml/min,药物在胆汁中的浓度相当或低于血浆中浓度。一般说胆的廓清能力较低,但由于药物在由胆汁转运的过程中被高度浓缩,故可以说胆的廓清能力又相当高。实 Drugs in the body mainly through the kidneys, biliary and breast and other means of excretion.
