Underwater non-dispersive concrete (NDC), also known as non-chilled submerged concrete, is a new type of construction engineering material that has come out abroad in the past ten years. It is called as “ideal new era-defining concrete” by foreign academia and engineering. In recent years, Germany, Britain, the United States, Japan and other countries have been developing, and the materials in the bridges, docks, power plants, river bed protection and other projects to be applied. Japan has poured about 1 million m 3 since the 1980s. In order to make China’s underwater concrete pouring technology to improve and catch up with the international advanced level, recently the State Science and Technology Commission results management office issued a recommendation based on the structural materials of the Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower to draw on the advanced experience of foreign countries to develop a successful underwater
