在公安工作中,信息主导警务,及时报送信息,准确拟制信息,确保信息畅通,是公安信息工作的基本要求。笔者深入到公安机关调研后发现,公安信息的拟制与报送实践中存在着“拟不准”“报不快”“送不及时”“把关不严”等诸多问题,影响了公安信息工作的质量和水平。以下根据调查了解到的实际情况,结合公安信息拟制的实例,着重从公安信息的标题、主旨、分旨等几个方面,来探讨公安信息拟制的准确性问题。
