我省利用工业废料粉煤灰和石灰(以下简称二灰)稳定碎石作为黑色高级路面和次高级路面基层,修筑一、二级公路已有150多公里。几年来,经过营运和不同气温考验,路面平整坚实、整体强度高、稳定性好、没有沉陷变形和网裂、车速提高、行车平稳舒适,满足了设计要求。二灰稳定碎石已正式用于我省第一条设中央分隔带的一级公路(路基宽28米,路面宽25米,路肩宽各1米,中央分隔带宽2米)沥青混凝土高级路面的基层设计中。几年来在设计二灰碎石基层和沥青碎石面层的粘结时,按照1981年沥青路面施工技术规范征求意见稿第9.1.2条规定的原则,
