我厂档案管理系统采用树形结构,将大模块划分为:A.会计;B.文书;C.设备;D.产品;E.基建;F.人事;G.底图。每个大模块下都嵌接有若干个实用的子模块,针对某一类档案进行工作。如1.增加档案具体信息;2.修改档案现存内容;3.删除某项档案内容;4.查找档案有关内容;5.统计有关所需数据;6.打印所需有关表册。及其子子模块,如1.增加档案具体信息下包括:(1)快速输入;(2)空白输入。2.修改档案现存内容下包括:(1)按照序号显示并修改;(2)按归档号进行修改;(3)顺次显示并修改此年全部记录。
