习语包含民族的生活及思维的方式等,想真正地道地掌握一门外语,习语是不容忽视的。但是对非本族语学习者来说,习语是最大的一道难关,因此,探讨英语习语对熟练掌握英语来说有深刻的意义。认知语言学的兴起颠覆了传统观念认为习语是不可分析的,概念隐喻为解释习语这一复杂语言现象提供了理论依据。本文梳理了传统观念对习语的研究,重点从习语所折射出的文化内涵来分析习语的隐喻特征。
Idioms include ethnic life and ways of thinking, etc., want to truly master a foreign language, idioms can not be ignored. However, idioms are the biggest obstacle for non-native learners. Therefore, exploring idioms in English is of profound significance to mastering English. The rise of cognitive linguistics subverts traditional concepts that idioms are unanalytic, and conceptual metaphors provide a theoretical basis for explaining the complex linguistic phenomena of idioms. This article combs the traditional concept of idioms, focusing on the idioms of the cultural connotation of the idioms to analyze the idioms.
