为研究颅内压降低对脑梗塞患者脑血流的影响,随机选择60例患者,20%甘露醇250ml,半小时内静脉滴入,治疗前后做TCD检查;结果发现治疗后大脑前、中、后动脉及椎基底动脉平均血流速度(Vm)增加,与治疗前比较,P<0.01,治疗后47例患者Vm增加,占78.3%,其中21例患者1条动脉Vm增加,15例2条动脉Vm增加,11例3条以上动脉Vm增加,而仅13例Vm降低,占21.7%,与Vm增加者相比较明显少。故认为颅内压降低可使大脑平均血流速度增加,有利于脑梗塞患者脑血流改善。
In order to study the impact of decreased intracranial pressure on cerebral blood flow in patients with cerebral infarction, 60 patients were randomly selected, 20% mannitol 250ml, intravenous infusion within half an hour before and after treatment to do TCD examination; results showed that after treatment, The average velocity of Vm increased in the posterior arteries and vertebrobasilar arteries compared with those before treatment (P <0.01).
