艺术离不开教育,教育离不开管理,管理的核心又是对人的管理。那么高教艺术教育中的学生管理是非常值得探讨与研究的。笔者从自身工作的经历中,以实例对不同专业、不同时期的学生进行横比、纵比,总结出“学生管理”在高教艺术教育中一些重要的方式方法。
Art is inseparable from education, education can not be separated from management, management is the core of human management. Then the higher education in art education student management is worth exploring and researching. From the experience of my own work, the author carries out the ratio and the comparison of the students of different majors and different periods with examples to summarize some important ways and means of “student management ” in art education of higher education.
