Recently visited his mother-in-law and found that she has a lot of family photos. The photographs were printed on yellowed square pieces, most of which were taken in the 1920s and 1930s, mostly from her parents and grandparents. In those photos, they are still young - at the beach or in their own backyard. Looking at the pictures of them made me feel very wonderful, but accompanied by this feeling is a burst of regret - the wife knows so much about the history of her family, but I have little understanding of the history of my family. The roots of our family are in a small village in northern Pakistan, without any record of when, where, and how their grandparents were born, with no proof of their death, no memorial marking where they were buried article.
