树立组工干部公道正派形象,健全良好的机制和建立完善制度至关重要。只有用健全的机制引导人,用完善的制度规范人,做到常抓不懈,才能树立勤于学习的“思想者”形象、勇于创新的“开拓者”形象、肯于牺牲的“奉献者”形象、敢于负责的“监督者”形象、严于律己的“自律者”形象。健全组工干部遴选机制,实行“准入”制度一是加高门槛。所选调的人员必须是中共正式党员、大本以上学历,热爱组织干部工作、具有一定的基层工作经验。特别要优先选用政治素质高、工作能力和原则性强、发展潜力大、有奉献精神的优秀中青年后备干部或专业对口的优秀大学毕业生。
