利用同步热分析仪考察了木薯渣的热解特性,得到木薯渣热解的主要阶段在205~480℃。利用固定床热解反应器进行了木薯渣热解制取生物油的试验研究,考察了温度、升温速率、氮气流量等条件对生物油和生物碳收率的影响,得到生物油最大收率为46%。利用GC/MS联用仪对生物油的主要成分进行分析。
The pyrolysis characteristics of cassava residues were investigated by the simultaneous thermal analyzer. The main phases of cassava residue pyrolysis were obtained at 205 ~ 480 ℃. A fixed bed pyrolysis reactor was used to produce bio-oil by pyrolysis of cassava residue. The effects of temperature, heating rate and nitrogen flow rate on the yield of bio-oil and bio-carbon were investigated. The maximum yield of bio-oil was 46%. The main components of bio-oil were analyzed by GC / MS.
