根据中医“以脏医脏”的理论,本院从1973年开始研究用狗脑组织制成脑功能注射针剂,用于治疗癫癎等疾病,临床确实取得显著效果。关于狗脑组织注射液,各地已逐渐开始制作应用,但目前尚无完整的临床疗效报道及系统的研究。因此,对狗脑制剂中的有效成分、作用机制,仍未能阐明。本文对脑功能注射液的生产工艺、制剂分析、动物实验、临床疗效观察等方面,做了系统研究,并对治疗癫痫的机制进行了探讨。现将初步取得的研究成果,报道如下: 制剂生产工艺取新杀死的健康家犬全脑组织,经蒸溜水洗净血污,用捣碎机捣碎。按1:10倍加等渗盐水打成匀浆,加热至100℃煮沸30分钟,经离心沉淀后取其清液进行滤过。再经过100℃40分钟灭菌,最后制成相当于10％的2毫升安瓶针剂。本药液的酸碱度为PH6.5～7.0。药剂出厂经检验完全符合制剂标准。
According to the theory of “dirty and dirty organs” in Chinese medicine, this hospital began to study brain injectable injections made from dog brain tissue in 1973 for the treatment of epilepsy and other diseases. Clinically, it has achieved remarkable results. With regard to brain tissue injections in dogs, applications have gradually begun in various regions. However, there is no complete clinical efficacy report and systematic study. Therefore, the active ingredients and mechanism of action in dog brain preparations have not yet been elucidated. This article systematically studies the production process, formulation analysis, animal experiments, and clinical curative effect observation of brain functional injection, and discusses the mechanism of epilepsy treatment. The preliminary research results are reported as follows: The preparation process takes the whole brain tissue of the newly killed healthy domestic dog, and the blood is washed with distilled water and crushed with a masher. Press 1:10 times more isotonic saline into homogenate, heat to 100°C and boil for 30 minutes. After centrifugation, take the supernatant and filter. After sterilizing at 100°C for 40 minutes, a 2 ml ampoule injection corresponding to 10% was finally made. The pH of the liquid is PH6.5-7.0. The pharmaceutical factory has been tested fully in line with the preparation standards.
