恒温箱是微生物工作和菌类药材菌种生产中经常使用的设备,但是一般恒温箱要求有稳定的电源,并且实用面积小、价格较高,目前大部分社队不宜购置使用。几年来我省药材试验室研试用木板代替铁壳,用煤油灯火代替电源加热已经成功,现正逐步推广使用。煤油灯控恒温箱可以就地取材自制箱体,做为热源的煤油和煤油灯价廉易购,使用时耗油也不多。如容积0.7m~3的这种恒温箱在室外温度5-10℃时,每天燃4两煤油即可保持22—25℃恒温。故一般社队均能制做使用。煤油灯控恒温箱的制作方法是: 1.根据需要制作大小木箱或木柜,其四壁和
Incubators are commonly used equipments for microbiological work and bacterial species production. However, general incubators require a stable power supply, and the utility area is small and the price is relatively high. At present, most social groups are not suitable to purchase and use. Over the past few years, our province’s herbal medicine laboratory researched and trialed wood instead of iron shells. The use of kerosene lamps instead of power heating has been successful and is being gradually promoted. Kerosene-controlled thermostats can be made from local boxes on the spot. The kerosene and kerosene lamps used as heat sources are cheap and easy to use, and they consume less fuel when used. Such as the volume of 0.7m ~ 3 this incubator at an outdoor temperature of 5-10 °C, burning 4 kerosene per day to maintain a constant temperature of 22-25 °C.
