“新写实小说”从一开始就不是一个自觉的文学运动或流派,而只是一种“我行我素”的文学现象。由评论家一厢情愿地悬设倡扬的“新写实主义”理论只是一种自言自语的话语形式,是一种空洞的能指语符系统。“新写实主义”在概念定义上、理论阐述上以及对作家划分时表现出种种缺陷。方方等所谓新写实代表作家们的创作实例也充分证明评论家用“新写实主义”这个概念时所显示出的问题与不足。时隔二十年后再次反思,“新写实主义”不是理论而是现象。
From the very beginning, “New Realistic Novel” is not a conscious literary movement or genre but only a literary phenomenon that “go all its own.” The “neorealism” theory advocated by critics as a wishful thinking is just a form of discourse that is self-explanatory and an empty signifier system. “Neo-realism ” shows all kinds of flaws in conceptual definition, theoretical explanation and division of writers. The creative examples of the so-called neo-realistic representative writers like Fang Fang also fully proved the problems and shortcomings shown by critics when using the concept of “new realism.” Reflect again after 20 years, “new realism” is not a theory but a phenomenon.
