目的:探讨柴胡温胆汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病胆热犯胃证的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2016年1月到2017年3月收治的96例胃食管反流病胆热犯胃证患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各48例。观察组采用柴胡温胆汤联合奥美拉唑治疗,对照组仅予奥美拉唑。比较两组患者疗效和症状改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组烧心、反酸、呕吐、口苦、嗳气、吞咽困难等症状相对于对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡温胆汤联合奥美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病胆热犯胃证效果明显,可有效缓解临床症状,减轻患者痛苦,临床上值得进一步推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Wendan Decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with gallbladder heat. Methods: A total of 96 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with gallbladder fever and stomach syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n = 48 in each group). The observation group was treated with Bupleurum Wendan Decoction combined with omeprazole, while the control group only with omeprazole. The curative effect and symptom improvement of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.33%, P <0.05). Symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux, vomiting, mouth pain, P <0.05). Conclusion: Bupleurum Wendan Decoction combined with omeprazole is effective in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with gallbladder heat and stomach syndrome, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and alleviate the suffering of patients and is worth further promotion in clinic.
