又一次的铁道部电务运营系统优秀及先进质量管理小组的评审工作 ,于2 0 0 3年 7月在新疆乌鲁木齐举行。专家评审组对选送的 3 6项QC成果进行评审 ,共评出柳州电务段驼峰领工区QC小组等 1 9个小组 ,为铁道部优秀质量管理小组 ;新乡电务段鹤壁信号工区QC小组等 1 7个小组 ,为铁道部先进质量管理小组。推荐柳州电务段驼峰领工区QC小组和丰台电务段科技攻关QC小组参加国家优秀质量小组的评选。我刊开辟的“全面质量管理”专栏 ,将继续对优秀成果给予详细及重点的介绍 ,并请评审人员对QC小组的活动程序、编写方法发表见解 ,以进一步推动QC小组活动健康有序地开展
Another review of the excellent and advanced quality management team of the Ministry of Railways electricity service operation system was held in Urumqi, Xinjiang in July 2003. The expert review team reviewed 36 selected QC results and commented a total of 19 teams such as the QC team of the hump area in Liuzhou for the excellent quality management team of the Ministry of Railways and the QC team of Hebi signal work zone in Xinxiang Electricity Sector 1 7 groups, for the Ministry of Railways advanced quality management team. Recommend Liuzhou Electricity Section hump area QC group and Fengtai electricity section of scientific and technological problems QC group to participate in the selection of national excellent quality team. The “Total Quality Management” column opened by me will continue to give a detailed and focused introduction of outstanding achievements and invite reviewers to express their opinions on the QC procedures and preparation methods of QC sub-groups in order to further promote the healthy and orderly conduct of QC sub-groups
