8月26日~29日,省人大教科文卫委员会对大兴安岭地区实施《中华人民共和国档案法》、《黑龙江省档案管理条例》情况进行了执法检查。省档案局局长齐秀娟同志等陪同。此次执法检查采取了听取专项汇报、实地检查、召开座谈会的方式。实地检查了大兴安岭地区行署档案局(馆)、大兴安岭地区社保局、国家电网、中级人民法院、加格达奇区档案局(馆)、加格达奇区红旗社区、漠河县档案局(馆)、北极乡等3家综合档案馆、5家基层单位档案室,听取了塔河县的专项汇报,并召开了座谈会,充分了解了大兴安岭地区实施《中华人民共和国档案法》、《黑龙江省档案管理条例》的做法、成效和工作
