长白山是我国与五岳齐名、风光秀丽、景色迷人的关东第一山,因其主峰白头山多白色浮石与积雪而得名,素有“千年积雪为年松,直上人间第一峰”的美誉。它位于吉林省东南部地区,是中朝两国界山,是图们江、鸭绿江、松花江的三江发源地。长白山是关东各族人民世代繁(fan)衍(yan)生息的摇篮、东北三省的生态屏障、满族的发祥地,清政府曾定它为圣地。
Changbai Mountain is the first Kanto Mountain in China with the Five Sacred Mountains, beautiful scenery and charming scenery. Because of its main peak, Baishoushan, it is named after many white pumice stone and snow cover, known as “Millennium Snow for Nian Song, ”Reputation. It is located in the southeastern part of Jilin Province. It is a boundary mountain between China and North Korea. It is the birthplace of the Three Rivers of the Tumen River, the Yalu River and the Songhua River. Changbai Mountain is the cradles of the generations of the people of all ethnic groups in the Kanto community, the ecological barrier in the three northeastern provinces and the birthplace of the Manchus. The Qing government set it as a sacred place.
