检察文化建设是推动检察事业科学发展的精神动力。本文从精神文化、物质文化、制度文化、行为文化等检察文化体系的构成层面,论证以“为民务实清廉”为内核的检察文化的导向功能、凝聚功能、行为约束功能、激励功能、辐射功能,对我院以“为民务实清廉”为核心的检察文化建设进行策划,对以“为民务实清廉”为核心的检察文化进行培育,进而推动检察业务建设,促进检察文化自觉融入社会主义文化建设大局。
