伴随着中国改革开放步入30年和文化体制改革的逐渐铺开,园区在文化产业繁盛的年代里,为合理调整文化经济布局、改善文化产业投资环境和产业发展环境、发展外向型文化经济、提升文化产业升级创造了有利的条件,发挥了辐射、示范和带动作用,日益成为经济发展的新增长点。反思与前瞻当下中国文化产业园区的发展,已经从雨后春笋般的兴起到白炽化阶段的后期,下一个阶段将是更加理性的发展,更有成效地聚集和更为合理的投融资模式选择。
