Qa-T 和 Qa-Tc 是近年来提出的用以替代或辅助 Q-T 和 Q-Tc 测量的一个新指标,主要用于 T 波终点模糊而 Q-T 间期无法准确测量时。为观察急性心肌梗塞(AMI)时 Q-T 与 Qa-T间期的相关性,我们测量了102例 AMI 患者心电图的 Q-T 与 Qa-T、Q-Tc 与 Qa-Tc,并作了相关性分析,同时求得其回归方程。102例 AMI 发病4周以内的患者,男性67例,女性35例,平均年龄57.4(32—77)岁。对每例患者均测量Ⅱ导联 Q-T、Qa-T 及心动周期,并根据 Bazett公式(Q-Tc=(Q-T(R-R)~(1/2))计
Qa-T and Qa-Tc is a new index proposed in recent years to replace or assist Q-T and Q-Tc measurement. It is mainly used when the endpoint of T wave is blurred and the Q-T interval can not be accurately measured. In order to observe the correlation between QT and Qa-T during acute myocardial infarction (AMI), we measured the QT, Qa-T, Q-Tc and Qa-Tc of electrocardiogram in 102 AMI patients and made a correlation analysis. At the same time obtain the regression equation. Among 102 patients with AMI within 4 weeks, 67 were male and 35 were female, with an average age of 57.4 (32-77) years.
