要想在高校培养一支高素质的合唱团,不仅要提高成员们自身的演唱技巧,更应该从团队精神的培养这个方面来打造。本文通过制定团队的奋斗目标、提升成员的专业素质、规范合唱团的纪律和加强指导老师的自身建设这几个方面入手来分析如何培养合唱团中的团队精神。以科学可行的培养策略入手来建设高校合唱团,带动整个团队健康、有序、全面地发展。
To cultivate a high-quality choir in colleges and universities, we must not only improve the singing skills of our members, but also cultivate this aspect of our team spirit. This article analyzes how to cultivate the team spirit in the choir by setting goals of the team, improving the professional quality of the members, regulating the choral discipline and strengthening the self-construction of the instructor. To start with the cultivation of scientific and feasible strategies to build college choir, driving the entire team healthy, orderly and comprehensive development.
