频道专业化是近些年来广播电视界改革的一个热门话题。中央电视台现在就有11个频道:新闻、经济、综艺、国际、体育、电影、农业、电视剧、科教、戏曲、外语等。2000年底,湖南电视台首家成立省级广播影视集团,将原湖南省广播电视厅所辖的几家电视台整合成7个专业频道:新闻、经济、都市、文体、生活、影视、信息等。这两家在全国有着重大影响力的电视台所作的改革,进一步引起了业内人士对频道专业化的探讨兴趣。
Channel specialization is a hot topic in the reform of the radio and television industry in recent years. CCTV now has 11 channels: news, economy, variety, international, sports, movies, agriculture, drama, science and education, drama, foreign languages and so on. By the end of 2000, Hunan TV Station was the first to establish a provincial radio and television group, integrating several television stations under the jurisdiction of Hunan Radio and Television Bureau into seven professional channels: news, economy, city, style, life, film and television, and information. The reforms carried out by the two television stations, which have major influence across the country, have further aroused the interest of the industry professionals in the channel specialization.
