目的：探析TISS-28应用于老年ICU护理人员动态管理的效果，为今后合理安排人力资源提供借鉴，促进护理质量的提高。方法随机选取我院老年ICU 2013年1月~2013年12月期间收治的120例患者，自2013年5月开始应用TISS-28测量ICU护理工作量，并根据测量结果合理安排护理人员，对比实施前后护理人员工作时间及患者对护理的满意度。结果老年ICU每日护理量较大，实施前和实施后每日TISS-28评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；应用TISS-28测量每日工作量并据此动态管理护理人力，护理人员日平均工作时间明显短于实施前(P<0.05)；实施后患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论应用TISS-28测量每日护理工作量，能动态合理的管理ICU护理人员并科学合理分配工作量，明显缩短护理人员的工作时间，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，促进护理质量进一步提高，值得在临床护理工作中大力推广和应用。“,”Objective:To explorer the ef ect of the nursing dynamic management according to TISS-28 in elderly ICU so that to provide information for managing nurses reasonably in ICU and promote the quality of care. Methods:120 cases were selected from January 2013 to December 2013 in elderly ICU. The therapeutic Intervention Scoring System 28(TISS-28) was used to measure the nursing workload after June 2013, reasonably arranged nurses by the result. The working time of nurses and service satisfaction were compared and analyzed before and after the implementation of TISS-28. Results:The nursing workload of nurses was so large in elderly ICU. There was no dif erence before and after the implementation of TISS-28 about the daily score of ISS-28 of nurses (P<0. 05). After the application of TISS-28 for measuring the daily workload and then arranging worker reasonably, the working time of nurses was shorter than be-fore (P<0. 05),and the satisfactory degree of patients with nursing service also increased (P<0. 05). Conclusion:After application of TISS-28 in the nursing dynamic management in elderly ICU, it was very good to manage the nurse and then arrange them where they were needed, meanwhile, it can shorten the working time of them, improve the satisfactory degree of patients and improve the quality of nursing in elderly ICU. So it was wel worth popularizing in ICU nursing.
