集体备课是在个人认真准备的基础上进行集体研讨的一种有效的教研活动。它能集中大家的智慧,共同研究教学中的一般问题,保证教学工作有目的、有计划地进行。在努力构建高效课堂,实施新课程的今天,它成了校本教研的一种重要形式。因为其价值取向就在于教育教学效益的最大化。现在许多学校都在提倡集体备课,其目的不是为了追求形式,而是为了追求教学准备的高效。
Collective lesson planning is an effective teaching and research activity for collective discussion on the basis of personal preparation. It can focus on the wisdom of everyone to jointly study the general problems in teaching to ensure that teaching is conducted in a purposeful and planned manner. Today, it is an important form of school-based teaching and research in efforts to build efficient classrooms and implement new courses. Because of its value orientation is to maximize the effectiveness of education and teaching. Nowadays, many schools are advocating group lesson preparation not for the purpose of pursuing the form but for the efficient preparation of teaching.
