建立本造型线的目的主要是解决我厂造型工艺要求较高,具有特殊起型要求的铸件造型,例如,附有顶导板机构的齿轮造型,复杂形状的铸件造型,以及象马达托脚这类起模高度较大的铸件造型。为了满足这些工艺要求,布置了如图1所示的中件气垫微震造型流水线,它主要有三对造型机,开箱机构,分箱机构,落箱机构,翻箱机构,压铁机构及步移式铸工输送机等组成,目前经常使用二对机组进行生产,最高班产量可达500箱,显著地提高了劳动生产率,劳动强度大大地降低,一般体弱的同志均可上线进行生产,下面对主要组成部分的特点及其在设计制造及应用方面的体会作介绍,以供同志们参考。
