眼后极部磁性异物被公认为磁性眼内异物手术中难度最大的手术。原因是后极部的异物距角膜缘最远,采用通常的定位方法易发生误差。其次,在后极部进行手术难度极大,并发症多,所以一般的眼科医生都视为难题。为了探讨一种比较准确的定位方法及安全易行的手术施措。我们对1978年~1984年的收治的578例眼内异物中符合张氏关于眼球后极部异物诊断标准的36例(占6.1%)进行分析及讨论如下:
The posterior pole magnetic foreign body is recognized as the most difficult operation in magnetic intraocular foreign body surgery. The reason is that the posterior pole of the foreign body from the limbus farthest, prone to error using the usual positioning method. Second, the operation in the posterior pole is extremely difficult and has many complications. Therefore, ophthalmologists in general regard it as a problem. In order to explore a more accurate positioning method and safe and easy surgical measures. We analyzed and discussed 36 cases (6.1%) of 578 cases of intraocular foreign bodies admitted to our hospital between 1978 and 1984 that met the diagnostic criteria of Zhang’s post-ocular foreign body.
