眼球摘除后遗留的眼眶内容塌陷,虽装义眼亦不能矫正其丑形,常给患者带来精神上的痛苦。我们自1982年以来用自体真皮脂肪组织移植治疗眼眶内容塌陷16例,取得较为满意的疗效,报告如下。临床资料16例中男12例。女4例;年龄30岁以下14例,31岁到44岁2例。因疾病摘除眼球3例;因创伤摘除眼球13例。一期手术,即在摘除眼球的同时行自体真皮脂肪组织移植的10例。二期手术即眼球摘除若干时期后行二次手术移植自体真皮脂肪组织的6例。

Secondary surgery that is a period of time after enucleation of the second surgery autologous dermal adipose tissue in 6 cases.
