近年来,城市轨道交通进入了高速发展阶段,截至目前,我国内地共有16个省份、22个城市开通了城市轨道交通,涵盖地铁、轻轨、单轨、磁悬浮和有轨电车等多种类型,运营线路84条,线路总长度2 481 km。在城市轨道交通高速发展的同时,路网运营安全影响因素众多,运营风险也在增大。随着客流负荷量的提高,路网规模不断扩大,运营过程中随之产生的安全隐患不断增多,运营安全管理工作难度增大。
In recent years, urban rail transit has entered a phase of rapid development. As of now, there are 16 provinces in mainland China and 22 cities have opened urban rail transit covering various types of subway, light rail, monorail, maglev and trams, etc., 84 lines, the total length of the line 2 481 km. In the meantime, the rapid development of urban rail transit has many influencing factors in road network operation safety and the operational risks are also increasing. With the increase of passenger load, the scale of the road network is constantly expanding. As a result, the potential safety hazard in the operation process is constantly increasing, making it more and more difficult for the operation and safety management.
