我们于1985年8月至1990年8月,使用尘螨等吸入性抗原,对2 441例哮喘患者作皮内试验(下称皮试),阳性者854例,占34.9％,对其进行特异性脱敏治疗,坚持观察2年以上者503例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。一、临床资料 1.病例选择:按全国统一诊断标准,选择临床确诊为尘螨性哮喘,坚持尘螨抗原脱敏治疗2年以上者503例。病例中男性273例,女性230例。年龄5～10岁13例,11～15岁8例,16～20岁30例,21～44岁344例,45～75岁108例。病程最短1个月,最长40年。
