学术期刊编辑部的改革符合学术期刊可持续发展的根本利益,有利于改变学术期刊“小散乱”的现状,营造学术期刊良性发展的氛围,为学术期刊的国际化、集约化、数字化发展提供组织保障。文章建议改善现有的学术评价体系,抑制那些非学术性的需求,鼓励有利于增强国家软实力、加强学术交流和提升科研水平的需求,实现学术期刊供需的动态平衡。这既契合了当前出版产业发展的国家利益,为出版体制改革路径的细化提供理论支持,又为解决当前学术期刊供需矛盾提供了合理化建议。
