我院同位素科从1988年9月收治前列腺增生患者75例,采用~(90)锶-~(90)钇敷贴治疗,取得了理想的效果,现介绍如下:1 临床资料全部来自同位素科住院病人,年龄55～87岁。尿潴留6例,膀胱造瘘插管2例,前列腺增生Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°者分别为42,24及9人。2 方法病人取截石位或仰卧位双手抱腿,用~(90)锶-~(90)钇敷贴器紧贴会阴部,总剂量2000～3500rad。前5天,1日2次,每次200～250rad;后5天,1日2次,每
